What makes today's Indian Education System weak in compare to Gurukul( Ancient Education System)

There was a time when India was called the golden bird. Everyone was efficient in work as well as in intelligence, perhaps India was the only country where the efficiency of both work and intelligence was coordinated, because it is generally seen that where there is efficiency in work, there is no efficiency in intelligence. And where there is intelligence, there is no skill in action. Why was it coordinated in India? The answer is only one, the education system of that time i.e. Gurukul. Today we will discuss why the modern education system has failed to make the youth capable and also discuss how we can improve this failure by implementing many things of our Gurukul.

Today India has many problems, poverty, unemployment, many efforts have been made and are being made to remove them, but have we been successful? In India, 65 out of every 100 people are young, they have the potential to take the country forward, but even today India has not been able to make good use of it, because india has youth but not skilled, it is not that only uneducated are unskilled but , educated are also unskilled. Frankly speaking, being unskilled youth is not the fault of the youth, but the youth gave 14 to 15 years of their life to education, but the education system failed to educate them properly. So what are the things that are not there in today's education system?

1.Knowing Yourself

Education is never just for making skilled, this idea has always been in Indian culture, when the disciple spends 14 years with the Guru in Tapovan, he learns the way of life, knows himself, finds the answer in what he can do well and in that further By growing to young, he develops himself as well as the nation. But today there is a different race in which you get more income, get into it and when you can't do anything in it, then sit thinking yourself as a loser because the society is capitalist, if you don't have lot of money then you are living a worse life, it is imposed to the society by education system because today's education system teaches only this.

Desire for money is not wrong but judging education by money is not only wrong but it is an insult to education.

The superiority of teaching rests in the mental, intellectual and spiritual development that comes from it, that's why Shri Krishna calls Atma-gyan (knowledge of true self) the king of all education, because it may  happen that a one lives in a hut or become king in a palace, but his The wisdom that will come from this knowledge will not only guide him on the right path but will also lead his family and society to the right path. Is there such knowledge in today's education system?

2 . subtraction of technique which can improve intelligence

Many experiments have been given in Yoga for the development of intelligence, such as Pranayama and Tratak. Today's education system wants everyone's intelligence to develop but does not adopt any method to develop intelligence.

3. Learning technique

Gurukul has been such a system where the teacher used to talk about knowledge to the disciple while playing, working, and used to remember such things and knowledge, but today it is taught by keeping separate time and if the teacher takes more than 10 minutes of class So, the faces of the children also become worth seeing because when knowledge is given without telling it, they remember it.

4. Government-run education system -

In my opinion, this is the most important issue, the lesson of which today's education system should be taken from the Gurkul system. In the Gurukul system, no king or his kingdom used to decide what and how the disciple should learn, but the Guru used to decide what and how the disciple should learn. The king's son also had to study the same. But in today's education system, the government decides the syllabus. And when this happens, even if the teacher is not interested in the subject, he has to study and the student cannot develop in such a way. It used to be the nature of a teacher to give knowledge, but today there are many such teachers who have become teachers only for money.

Today we have learned the difference between the modern education system and Gurukul, in the next blog we will know how an ideal education system can be created by removing this difference. See you.

Until next blog post read my other blog What is the difference between motivation & spirituality.

It's summer season and today is Saturday i.e. half-holiday, so on this day Vivek, Sameer, and Vineet decided to go to Sameer's farm and eat delicious mangoes. The school bell rings at 11.30, and all three walk towards Sameer's farm. After reaching, all three keep their bags and go to eat mangoes. Vineet was thirsty so he went to drink water, then Sameer tells Vivek  Sameer- “ Look at that branch of this tree, it seems strong! But from inside its not." ( Vivek Sees that and agrees.) Sameer further says, "Why don't we offer Vineet to climb on  this branch and he will fall from there ."
